It has already been a week since we got back but better late than never on a great picture dump of a fun family get away. Jared's Uncle Steve and Aunt Judy Smith have owned Parcher's Resort, about 30 beautifully situated cabins near Bishop California in the Sierra Nevada's, for ten years and we finally made it over there to enjoy the mountain retreat. Steve and Judy spent quite a bit of their time feeding us breakfast, hiking all around the lakes and meadows, taking us to church, and having a fire in the evening. We really enjoyed the experience, the kids didn't even complain much about the 6 mile hike (though we all crashed for a couple hours afterwards). Heidi and Lynn Weight also came with their two granddaughters Ainsley and Bella. That was some added fun!
