September is jam packed with great stuff

So much going on I'll have to do a picture dump with captions...(may not be in chronological order, but time flies so fast its all a blur anyway. At least you know it all occurred the past 2 weeks!)

I attended a writers retreat in Morgan Utah over night

I made a couple new friends and enjoyed not cooking for a few meals.

I made more fruit for the blessing. Love family dinners. We had another gathering last night for Grant's birthday.

Jared spends a lot of spare time working on the chicken coop, we are almost ready to buy some chicks. Cuz we don't have enough to do.

Savanna tried out for the school play but didn't make it, we are proud she tried!

Our stake boundaries were changed and we are now in the Lindon 21st ward. So far everyone has been nice and welcoming. The kids were a little miffed at the change but change is good.

I never did post the first day of school pictures, so here they are! Weston 6th grade, Fiora 7th grade, and Savanna 9th grade. These kids are growing rapidly into young women and a man.

We had a lot of fun meeting up at Pizza Pie for a Schauers family fun night while Chad and Robin were in town. My kids always love Schauers cousin time! There was a lady doing free face painting the kids really enjoyed that. Fiora took a card from the lady and said she wants her to do her birthday party in February!

We had a fun Barrett family gathering for Travis Carpenter's birthday. There was this weird twinner phenomenon going on where everyone had dressed similarly to one other person. We are connected on a subconscious level!

Sometimes my work schedule is flexible enough I can babysit for family and friends. I got to watch Titus two days one week! He was such a cute head. And I got to babysit my favorite little downs syndrome neighbor Nyla and she was a cutie this time too! Never know what you will get with Nyla, but always love her!

And we had a family baptism and blessing all in one for Baily Schauers and Samantha Kate (aka Cookie) with all the Schauers and Blackhams just yesterday. Shawna made both girls dresses which I think is amazing. It was a room full of love and the spirit! I got to make a rainbow fruit platter for the lunch after, it was fun.
