I decided to separate my narrative of overcoming health problems from my journal entry blog, and yes I created another blog for it!  The journal entry blog is private, very personal and sacred to me,  you need to request an invite if you want to read it. heatherbarrettschauersmylife.blogspot.com  

The narrative of healing from mental health issues and sugar addictions is now
schauersthesearemywords.blogspot.com and it is a public blog and will stay that way. I hope to make it something everyone in the world can read someday.
